This is the Japanese version Soundwave with extra accessories. This particular version is the straight window (instead of angled window cut) and is extremely hard to come by. Super rare!

Big Powered is the difficult to find Japanese giftset of Roadfire, Sonic Bomber, and Dai Atlas. This one is in unused condition, complete with all parts, papers, and unused stickers! Hard to find in this condition!
